Digital Intelligence Empowers R&D Upgrade | Aolan PDM Project Kick-off Meeting Successfully Held
On March 5, 2026, the kick-off meeting for Aolan’s R&D system PDM project was successfully held at the company’s headquarters. More than 20 core members attended the meeting, including Aolan’s Chairman Huang Hualing, Chief Engineer He Huaming, Deputy General Manager of R&D Zhou Shulin, Deputy General Manager of Production and Operations Chen Yongli, Assistant General Manager Lan Jinsheng, heads of various departments of Aolan’s R&D team, and members of the Sanpin vendor project team. Together, they witnessed the official entry of Aolan’s R&D management digital intelligence upgrade into the implementation phase.

The meeting was hosted by Xue Zhanghong, Manager of Aolan’s Information Department. At the outset, Chairman Huang Hualing delivered a speech, emphasizing the strategic importance of the PDM system from the perspective of the company’s long-term development. He urged all department heads to attach great importance to the project’s implementation, adopt an open, learning, and collaborative mindset, and drive all construction efforts with the core goals of “improving efficiency, enhancing quality, and promoting innovation.” Chairman Huang stated that the PDM system is a core supporting tool for Aolan’s R&D capability upgrade, and he hoped that all members would build consensus and form synergy, proactively adapting to new models and embracing changes during project advancement, jointly creating a digital R&D management system suited to Aolan’s development needs.

Subsequently, Zhou Shulin, Deputy General Manager and head of the PDM project team, delivered a speech. He noted that the construction of the PDM system is an important strategic move for Aolan to adapt to the trends of information technology development and strengthen its core R&D competitiveness. The project will focus on three major directions: “unified data management, standardized process operation, and efficient cross-departmental collaboration,” aiming to build an integrated R&D management platform covering the entire product lifecycle. This will provide a solid digital foundation for the company’s product technology innovation and business expansion, helping Aolan upgrade its R&D management toward standardization, refinement, and intelligence.

During the meeting, the Sanpin team explained the project implementation details in depth. Channel Director Huang Qingyun detailed the background and core value of the PDM system, stating that the system will drive efforts from four dimensions—centralized data management, standardized business processes, systematic standardization, and cross-system data integration—to fully connect the entire product R&D data flow for Aolan. Additionally, the project team clarified the division of responsibilities for each member, the phased implementation plan, and key milestones, laying a solid foundation for high-quality and on-time project delivery.

The successful convening of this kick-off meeting marks the official launch of Aolan’s digital intelligence upgrade of its R&D management system. In the future, with the full implementation of the PDM system, Aolan will establish an efficient collaborative work platform spanning R&D design, process, procurement, and manufacturing, further shortening product development cycles, reducing operating costs, and improving product quality. This will provide robust digital support for the company’s continued development in the field of evaporative cooling energy-saving and environmental protection technologies.
